Shipping Policy
Magic City Needlepoint makes every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. In-stock merchandise is generally shipped within five business days of purchase. We primarily ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and package requirements. If an item is not currently in stock, we will notify you and provide an estimated ship date. Your payment method will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. While we work diligently to ensure prompt delivery, Magic City Needlepoint is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Threads with Canvas Orders
When purchasing a canvas through our website, you may choose to have threads selected for your project for an additional charge. If you request thread selection, a member of our staff will carefully choose appropriate fibers for the canvas and contact you with the cost of the threads. We will obtain your approval before processing any additional charges, ensuring that you have the opportunity to review and authorize the thread purchase before it is added to your order.
Reward Coupon Program
Magic City Needlepoint offers a Reward Coupon Program to thank our loyal customers. Customers will receive a $50 Reward Coupon after reaching $1,000 in cumulative qualifying purchases. Reward Coupons are valid for 180 days from the date they are issued and are not redeemable for cash or store credit. Each Reward Coupon is intended for one-time use on a single transaction. Any unused portion of the coupon is forfeited at the time of redemption and cannot be retained for future purchases. For example, if a customer uses a $50 Reward Coupon toward a $20 purchase, the remaining $30 balance is lost and cannot be applied to a later transaction. Reward Coupons may be applied only to regular-priced, in-stock merchandise and may not be used toward trunk show merchandise, sale or clearance items, special orders, finishing services, classes, gift certificates, the 65+ discount program, or any other discounts, promotions, offers, or coupons. Magic City Needlepoint reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Reward Coupon Program at any time without prior notice.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of needlepoint products and services, all sales are final. Magic City Needlepoint does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on canvases, fibers, threads, books, charts, stitch guides, kits, accessories, finishing services, classes, gift certificates, special orders, or any other merchandise sold by the shop. We encourage customers to review all purchases carefully before completing their order. If you have questions about a product, our staff is happy to assist prior to purchase so that you can make an informed buying decision.
