Finishing Class - Stand Up
Saturday, February 7th | 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Join us for a special day of finishing and fun at Magic City Needlepoint! In this class you will learn everything from measuring boards to sewing on cording, and you will leave with a fully completed boxed stand up.
Who Should Attend: This class is an intermediate level finishing class. It is a requirement that you have taken a round and square class from Lita before taking this class.
What is Provided: All students will be provided the required supplies for finishing in class and an electronic instruction guide. Lunch will also be provided.
What Students need to Bring:
- Stitched canvas suited for a stand up
- Blank canvas can be substituted if students don't have an ornament ready to finish or if they want to practice before finishing a stitched piece.
- Backing fabric of their choice. (fabrics with a little bit of stretch are recommended)
- Pearl Cotton Size Five for cording - this can be purchased ahead of time or at Magic City Needlepoint the day of class
